Like always, my dear friend
Mr. Dostoyevsky was really great.
(Oh, friend sounds really good!)This is the sixth novel I read for him, and I enjoyed it pretty much. The story was amazing and the flow of events was impeccable (though I nearly hated the Prince eventually!)
I read about
Dostoyevsky, and I knew that he was sentenced to death once and he was saved at the last moment and sent to Siberia as a prisoner instead. In this novel he described that moment when he was expecting death and what feelings he was experiencing at that moment and after it. That particular part - in my opinion - was the best part of the novel! He expressed his feelings and thoughts so powerfully in a very touching way that I nearly cried! It was a fan-freakin'-tastic part!
Anyway, regarding Dostoyevsky's novels, I consider
The Brothers Karamazov his best novel so far.
I aim to read
Demons/The Possessed next March - I'm so excited about it.
Heil Dostoyevsky!
